Exemplary client service was the founding principle of Liberty and remains integral to its running today some 20+ years later. We strive to position ourselves as an invaluable extension of our clients’ teams, and ultimately deliver results that positively impact their bottom line.

Every now and then it is important that we take a step back from the day-to-day madness (!) and reflect not only on these goals but also the chance to celebrate our successes. For one, in 2019 alone 96% of Liberty’s new client wins were secured as a result of recommendations.

2019 was also a record-breaking year in terms of industry awards. We won 3 awards and were shortlisted for a further 7, which when you consider the volume of competition and size of so many of the global agencies we’re up against is a tremendous achievement and one we’re extremely proud of.

And pleasingly, we’ve kicked off 2020 where we left off last year. We are very excited to have been shortlisted as finalists in two categories of the 2020 PRmoment Awards; for Technology Agency of the Year as well as in the Automotive & Transport Marketing Communications Campaign of the Year category.

While awards aren’t everything, they do recognise the outstanding work our team does in creating engaging campaigns for our fantastic clients. Fingers crossed for even better news come results night in March!
